Welcome to ZeroEfforts Technology. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ZeroEfforts Technology is a company registered in India, with our principal place of business at: P.No.20B, Sh II, Mappillai Vinayagar Nagar, Achampathu, Madurai West, Tamil Nadu – 625019, India

ZeroEfforts Technology provides the following services:

  • AI automation solutions and workflow automation
  • Custom software development
  • n8n workflow development and integration
  • LangChain and AI agent development
  • Technical consulting and strategy

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

Kundenpflichten

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
  • Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary access to systems, data, and resources as required
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content or data you provide to us

Zahlungsbedingungen

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit of 30-50% is required before project commencement
  • Progress payments may be required at project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major international payment methods.

Late Payments

Invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.

Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

  • Before Project Start: Full refund of deposit minus any preliminary work costs
  • During Project: Refunds will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred
  • After Delivery: No refunds once deliverables are accepted and approved
  • Dissatisfaction: We will work with you to address concerns before considering refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@zeroefforts.tech.

Geistiges Eigentum

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives:

  • Full ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for the project
  • Rights to use, modify, and distribute the delivered work
  • Source code and documentation

ZeroEfforts Retention

We retain:

  • Rights to pre-existing code, tools, and frameworks used in the project
  • Rights to general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed
  • The right to use anonymized project information in our portfolio (with client consent)

Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries, APIs, or services governed by their own licenses. We will inform you of any such components and their license terms.

Vertraulichkeit

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and financial information.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our engagement for a period of 3 years.

Haftungsbeschränkung

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for losses arising from factors beyond our reasonable control
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or ROI

Garantien

We warrant that:

  • Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
  • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
  • We have the right to provide the services and deliverables

We provide a 30-day warranty period after delivery to address any bugs or issues with deliverables.

Kündigung

Either party may terminate the engagement:

  • With 14 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 7 days
  • Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt

Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Anwendbares Recht

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Änderungen der Bedingungen

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
